“Slavyanka” (Bobruisk) to increase exports of clothes for schoolchildren to Russia by 30%

JSC “Slavyanka” (Bobruisk) will produce 130,000 of business style outfit for the next school season, the director of the plant Teimuraz Bochorishvilli informed.

“We plan to increase the output of clothes for schoolchildren by 10% minimum comparing with the previous year. The demand for school clothes of business style is likely to grow this year, as far as it becomes a must in schools of neighbouring Russia. About 40,000 of outfit (30% increase comparing with last year) will be exported to Russia. Agreements have already been made with a number of supermarkets, and talks are being on with some others”, the director continued.

This year specialists of the factory have designed a new collection of clothes for schoolchildren of more than 30 models. It attracted much interest at “BelTexlegprom. Spring-2013” held in Minsk. “Out designers made major focus on clothes for girls that should not just be fashionable and elegant, but comply with the Customs union standards and be hygroscopic, air-penetrating, and comfortable”, Teimuraz Bochorishvilli summed up.

The new collection follows the most popular trends and tendencies of world fashion. The assortment of pinafore dresses decorated with ornaments has expanded; there a woolen collection. Some models may transform in size due to stretch stripes sewn in waist. To satisfy the demands of the Russian clients, clothes will image logotypes of educational establishments. “We have already showed new collections to the partners and have been introducing certain changes into the models according to their offers. Mass production of 18 new models is about to start. All collections will be viscose-lined, as far as this cloth is highly hygroscopic and air-penetrating. Such clothes will be comfortable to wear”, the director stressed.

At present, the factory is producing 4 outfits of clothes for schoolchildren consisting of more than 50 models: “Standard”, “Mini-boss”, “Business-class”, “Premium-class”. School clothes made up about 40% of the factory’s output.
