117 veterans from Osipovichi district will be granted VHF- receivers

117 veterans from Osipovichi district will be granted presents by May 9 - VHF-receivers. The majority of ultrashort wave receivers will be bought by former working places of the veterans; 25% will be granted by Osipovichi telecom center of Mogilev branch of Beltelekom; the rest ones will be sponsored by "Belarusian Peace Fund" and "Belaya Rus" public associations.

Osipovichi and Glussk districts are the first districts of Mogilev region to switch off wired radio, specialists of ideology, culture and youth matters department of Osipovichi district executive committee told. The work is to be completed by June 1.
