On February, 3 the photo-exhibition of BelTA opens and the photo-album “90 years together with the country” is presented in Mogilev cinema “Chyrvonaya Zorka” to dedicate the agency’s jubilee.
The authors of the album aimed at showing how and by what means the Belarusians have been living, what they have been aspiring to during 90 years – starting from the creation of BSSR till modern days, the years during that the journalists of BelDRusTA, BelRusTA, BelCTA, BelTA have been observing the country’s live.
The album included 400 photos, the majority of which are large-scale. The earliest photograph dates back to 1920. By the way, the photographs included in the album will be a kind of discovery for they haven’t been exhibited widely before. The exhibition consists of 48 large-scale photographs from the album; the photos reflect the most important milestones in the history of Belarus. The exhibition is held in Mogilev till February, 15, 2009, and then goes on tours to Belarusian regional centers. The exhibition and photoalbum have already been presented in Minsk and Gomel.
