An agro-tourist complex is going to be built by the village of Shupeni (Krugloe district, Mogilev region). The information is provided by the head of the Public Council for Agro and Eco Tourism Development Alexander Asmolovski.
The agro-tourist complex is to be built by Teterinskoe storage pond. It is supposed to include not only farmsteads but a hotel, a parking place, a café, and the beach.
In Alexander Asmolovski’s words, at the moment the Council is looking for strategic partners. “To realize the plans a substantial financial support is needed. That’s why the target for today is to attract investors,” - the head of the Public Council for Agro and Eco Tourism Development noted. But at the same time some steps are being taken at the moment.
“If there are no problems with financing the agro-tourist complex will open in spring 2010,” - Alexander Asmolovski told.
