Alcohol and cigarettes led to death of two people in the fire in Kirovsk district. The information is provided by Olda Nekhoroshih, senior inspector of the Centre for Propaganda and Public Relations of Mogilev regional Emergency Situations Office.

In her words, October 27 at 7.30 p.m. Kirovsk emergency officers started for liquidation of the fire in Kozulichi village. A phone call was made by a neighbor who saw a building caught by a fire.

The fire did not leave any chances to a fifty-year old host and his thirty-four year old cohabitant who had been noticed drunk some time before the fire began.
