The Belarusian government has set a limit for the cost of driving courses.
In accordance with the government's resolution No. 616, the maximum price of the training course for would-be motorcycle drivers makes BYR 222,740, car drivers - BYR 599,080, truck drivers - BYR 1,860,100, car and truck drivers - BYR 1,232,020.
Holders of a car driver's license who are going to obtain a truck driver's license will have to pay a maximum of BYR 364,310 for the corresponding training course, car drivers willing to learn how to drive a public transport vehicle - BYR 760,190, and truck drivers will have to pay a maximum of BYR 523,780 for the same course. Licensed drivers who are planning to drive a road train will pay a fee of 296,280 for the corresponding course.
Driving schools have the right to charge extra fees, such as the cost of petrol, reads the resolution.
