“Belarus” student group named after the 65th anniversary of the Victory returned from Ust-Kamenogorsk, - the correspondent of the site was told at youth department of Mogilev regional executive committee.
During a month (mid July – mid August) spent in Kazakhstan they got unforgettable impressions. In Kazakhstan the Belarusians helped construct a kindergarten for 280 children. Its construction will have been finished by May of 2011. “The work wasn’t too difficult, but it was very interesting. People of 15 nationalities took part in it”, - Alexander Oskolchenko told. The students of Gorki Agricultural Academy, the Belarusian-Russian University, Mogilev State University named after A. Kuleshov were provided with fridges, microwave ovens and everything they needed in their rooms.
“Belarus” student group also met with representatives of Eastern Kazakhstan youth organisations, attended the Belarusian ethnographic-cultural centre, etc.
