Belarusian-Russian University (Mogilev) is the first in Belarus to get international certificate of quality, - Igor Sazonov, University rector, informs.
In July International association on certification “Russky registr” (Russian register) carried out accrediting audit of the system of management of University quality for compliance of ISO 9001:2008 standard. The departments of pre-university, higher, optional professional and postgraduate education were audited according to state educational standards.
The management system was stated to be active, effective, constantly being improved, complying to requirements set. As a result it was decided to award the University with the International quality certificate. “Thus, University management system has been recognised to be effective by such countries as Germany, Austria, France, Japan, etc.; it guarantees satisfying needs of all consumers of our services – students, their parents, economy sector of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation”, - the rector stressed.
