Bykhov-based Belatmeat CJSC increased the monthly output of sausages by 25%, bringing it to 1,000 tonnes, Interfax-West learnt from Director General Boris Tsiporin.
The move followed a steady rise in demand for the company's produce, the source specified.
According to the director, the company is planning to expand its production facilities in Q1 2009.
Belatmeat CJSC is one of Belarus' leading meat-processing companies. It makes over 200 kinds of sausages.
Most of the output is sold in Belarus, with a minor share (under 10%) exported to Russia.
The company holds STB ISO 9001-2001 and HACCP certificates.
Belatmeat CJSC was founded in 1999.
