The best agrifarmstead was chosen in Mogilev region during the festival “Zalahvensky fest”, that was held in Bykhov district, - the chairman of administration of Belarusian public association “Country rest” Valeriya Klitsunova.
“Izabella” farmstead of Bobruisk district won in “Style and harmony” nomination. “U Lukomoriay” (“At Lukomorie”, Krugloe district) was awarded for “Preservation of Belarusian traditions”. “U Tetsi Vali” (“At Aunt Valya’s”, Mogilev district) was considered to be the most hospitable, and “Gostinny dvor”, that hosted the festival, won in “The Health Way of Life” nomination. “Ljubuzh” farmstead of Mogilev district was awarded for preservation of traditions of national cuisine.
The agenda of the festival also included round table talk on working out “green routes”, folklore performances and craftspeople’s fair.
“The festival is the first regional festival dedicated to agritourism, - Valeriya Klitsunova specified. – It’s remarkable that it was held in Mogilev region that lags behind other regions by the rates of agritourism development”.
