In 2010 RUE “Bobruisk plant of tractor parts and units” (a branch of Minsk Tractor Plant, Mogilev region) increased tractors output 1.4 times to reach Br53 bln. Thus, the enterprise produced 1571 tractor, 600 of them were exported to 19 countries of the world. The Russian Federation has traditionally been one of the major importers. Besides, Bobruisk plant has 7 joint ventures in Russia, that produced 346 tractors at the Russian market. Both Lithuania and Slovakiaalso have joint ventures. In 2010 tractors were also exported to Germany, Norway, Georgia, Iran, and for the first time – to Pakistan and Malaysia.
In 2011 the enterprise is to modernize production of disc wheels for agricultural machinery, thus improving quality and promoting higher export. Planned production capacity is 500,000 wheels per year.
The investment project also aims at satisfying the demand of Minsk Tractor Plant, “Amkodor”, “Gomselmash”, “Lidaselmash”, “Bobruiskagromash” and other Belarusian enterprises. The total sum of capital investment into modernisation makes up Вr52.3 bln.
