Bobruisk Tractor Parts and Aggregates Plant (Mogilev Region, subsidiary of Minsk Tractor Plant) exported $29.4 million worth of goods to the CIS in January-October 2008, or 50% up on the year, a company representative told Interfax.
Over the period in question the company's exports to non-CIS states grew 1.7-fold, the source added.
In January-September the company produced BYR 212.9 billion worth of goods (31.3% up). Newly-launched goods accounted for 37.4% of the output.
The company invested BYR 11.2 billion in the modernization of its production facilities, the source informed.
Founded in 1945, Bobruisk Tractor Parts and Aggregates Plant produces a wide range of spare parts and aggregates for Belarus tractors. The plant occupies around 3,500 persons.
The plant produces 90 parts and nodes for all MTZ tractor modifications. The produce complies with ISO 9001-2001.
