Bobruisk Tractor Parts and Aggregates Plant (Mogilev Region, subsidiary of Minsk Tractor Plant) increased output by 31.5% in January-September 2008, a company representative told Interfax.
Over the period in question the company's exports grew 68.6%. The company ended the period with an $11.1 million surplus in foreign trade, the source informed.
In January-September the company invested BYR 9.9 billion in fixed capital.
The return on sales totaled 12%.
On October 10, 2008 the plant will make its 1000th tractor this year. In 2008 the plant is expected to produce 1,200 tractors, in 2009 - 2,500 tractors, in 2011 - 5,000 tractors.
By 2015 the plant is expected to annually make 10,000 tractors. Currently tractors account for 10% of the company's output.
Founded in 1945, Bobruisk Tractor Parts and Aggregates Plant produces a wide range of spare parts and aggregates for Belarus tractors. The plant occupies around 3,500 persons.
The plant produces 90 parts and nodes for all MTZ tractor modifications. The produce complies with ISO 9001-2001.
