Bobruiskagromash OJSC (Mogilev Region), one of Belarus’ leading producers of farming machinery, has shipped the first lot of machinery to Africa, Vice Marketing Director Vasili Tsarik told Interfax-West.
In late October Bobruiskagromash shipped to Africa two ПСТ-6 dump-trailers with repair kits intended for Zimbabwe’s mining companies.
Should the machinery be found well-performing on African ground, Bobruiskagromash is ready to dispatch another lot of trailers to Zimbabwe.
ПСТ-6 dump-trailers have been in production since 1998, intended for transporting liquid and semi-liquid agricultural cargos.
obruiskagromash was founded in 1974. Currently, it produces over 50 kinds of agricultural machines and aggregates for land cultivation and fodder processing.
he company also produces consumer goods, including car trailers, furniture accessories, school furniture, boilers.

In January-September 2008 the company produced BYR 126.2 billion worth of goods, or 49.7% up on the year. 60% of the output was exported.
This year the company has been producing BYR 14 billion worth of machinery on a monthly basis, with the average value of exports at $4 million a month.
In addition to its traditional markets - Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, other CIS states, Bobruiskagromash exports this year started exporting his products to Croatia, Zimbabwe and Georgia.
