Bobruiskagromash OJSC (Mogilev Region), one of Belarus' leading producers of farming machinery, exported $16.6 million worth of goods in January-July 2007, or 2.3 times up on the year, vice chief of the company's marketing department Vasily Tsarik told Interfax.
According to the source, the company considerably increased the range and volume of agricultural machinery supplies to the CIS and non-CIS states, including Russia, Ukraine, Latvia, Finland.
In addition, pilot lots of Bobruiskagromash machines were delivered to Serbia, Armenia, Moldova.
Bobruiskagromash was founded in 1974. Currently, it produces over 40 kinds of agricultural machines and aggregates for land cultivation and fodder processing.
The company also produces consumer goods, including car trailers, furniture accessories, school furniture, boilers.
The company employs around 2,500 people.
The enterprises prioritises quality and holds an ISO-9000-2001 quality management certificate.
In January-July 2007 the company boosted industrial output by 14.1% in value terms to BYR 58.7 billion.
