Memory of the Victory is carefully being kept and is coming from one generation to another, it’s not subject to time passing. Thus, book exhibitions organised in Mogilev regional library are dedicated to the 65th anniversary of liberating Belarus from German-fascist invaders, - the correspondent of the site was told at the library.
“Once there was the war. Once there was the Victory” – this exhibition-memory, carried out at the periodical department, represents articles about the beginning of war, Mogilev defenders, partisan movement, K. Simonov’s participation in war; it also presents photocopiers of some archive documents. Belarusian literature and local lore department represents exhibition “The world will remember your deed for centuries”: it presents numerous archive and photo documents showing the heroism of soldiers and officers having died for life and happiness of the whole world. For the first time it presents documents from personal archives of Mogilev citizens. There is a special part of the exhibition under the title “The Memory of Heart” dedicated to the Victory Day.
