Direct contact between authorities and Mass Media is mutually useful. That is the opinion expressed by Vladimir Potupchik, the deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus. Vladimir Potupchik took part in the republican state mass media chiefs’ seminar on the questions of information provision of social and economic development of Belarus at present-day stage. The seminar is held in Mogilev region on November,9-10.
According to the deputy Prime Minister of the Republic, the problem of modern state Mass Media is one of growth: «Every life stage throws a challenge and we are to respond to it immediately. And if we want our Mass Media to be competitive they are to be changing. We have a lot of well-trained and well-qualified specialists. They are able to make right conclusions and contribute to Mass Media development using the knowledge and experience they got at the seminar.”
