Three cement plants of Belarus will be equipped with energy saving kilns of 6 mln tons total capacity per year, - Michael Abramchuck, first deputy Minster of Architecture and Construction of Belarus, informed the journalists.
RUE “Belarusian cement plant” and OJC “Krasnoselskstroimaterialy” are to be installed with the kilns of 1.8 mln tons capacity each. RUE “Krichevcementnoshifer”, besides carrying out the same project, is to transport industry out of the town. By the year 2012 cement output is to increase by almost 6 mln tons a year.
This year the three plants are to produce 4.4 mln tons of cement. In 2011 output is to increase to reach 10 mln tons.
Michael Abramchuck also informed about the project that has been carrying out at Belarusian cement plant in Kostiukovichi by means of capital investments from China. “All agreements with the investor have already been signed”.
