As many as 19 agreements with a total value of $215 million were signed during the first day of the 4th International Investment Forum in Mogilev, Vice Governor of Mogilev Region Nikolai Snopkov told a press conference.
Besides, there were discussed numerous yet unsigned agreements (agriculture and construction, small towns, agriculture and procession), whose total value may reach $500 million.
Projects related to the development of small towns have an accumulate amount of investments of $65 million, Snopkov informed.
In his words, the analysis of the results of the forum will be completed in one or two weeks.
According to Snopkov, the forum gathered 320 representatives of 13 states, including 12 representatives of embassies, 10 representatives of foreign business associations, as well as representatives of the world’s leading banks, European business organizations, Belarusian authorities, Mogilev Region Administration and representatives of foreign chambers of commerce and industry.
