In Klichev district of Mogilev region the village was almost burnt because of dry grass burning. The correspondent of the site learnt about it from Yury Metlitsky, the deputy chief of Mogilev Region Emergency Ministry Department.
The fire burnt out on two plots at the same time. By the time the rescuers arrived two houses and six sheds had been on fire. The grass was dry and there was a risk of fire spreading over two more houses. Six sheds were destroyed by the fire, two houses were damaged. According to a preliminary version, the fire was caused by an unauthorized dry grass burning.
