Klimovichi Distillery (Mogilev Region) has considerably upgraded its production facilities, a company representative told Interfax-West.
According to the source, the distillery has installed an automatic distillation facility and a silver filtration unit. The company is also planning to commission two additional bottling lines (one with a capacity of 6,000 bottles per hour and one with a capacity of 1,000 bottles) in the near future.
Klimovichi Distillery produces vodkas, liquors, nastoykas, balsams and wines. Part of the output is exported to the Baltic States.
This year the company has been monthly producing BYR 5.2 billion worth of goods.
In January-October the company's exports totaled $229,000, the source reported.
The company's production facilities, technologies and recipes comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and HACCP standards.
Klimovichi Distillery was founded in 1858.
