Belarusian unitary enterprise Krichevtsementoshifer increased domestic sales by 11.1% in January-May 2007, a company representative told Interfax.
Domestic sales accounted for 90.7% of the overall sales of the company. As of June 1, the stock of ready goods made 0.9% (against the limit of 20%).
Over the period in question the company produced 452,300 tonnes of cement, or 26.1% up on the year, and 25.9 million equivalent roofing slates (9.3% up). Krichevtsementnoshifer exported 43,500 tonnes of cement and 1.4 million roofing slates this January-May, the source reported.
60% of the cement and 100% of the roofing slates was shipped to the Russian Federation. Other destinations of Krichevtsementoshifer exports are the Baltic States.
The company produced BYR 53.7 billion worth of goods this January-May (23.6% up on the year), including 67,600 tons of cement packed in sacks (25, 50, 1,000 kg), a 50.6% increase on the year.
High-quality cement production made 68% of the overall cement output (М500ДО, М500Д20 types).
Cement accounted for 84.5% of the overall output of the enterprise.
In January-May 2007 Krichevtsementnoshifer invested BYR 17.1 billion in fixed assets.
The company was set up in 1933. The staff counts 1,400 persons.
