Belarusian unitary enterprise Krichevtsementoshifer has started to produce two new kinds of cement, a company representative told Interfax.
The two new kinds are portland cement with lime content (500Д20) and complex portland cement with slag and lime (400), the source specified.
In January-August 2007 the company produced BYR 93.3 billion worth of goods, or 15.6% up on the year.
Over the period in question the company produced 771,800 tonnes of cement (16.8% up), the source specified.
High-quality cement production made 54% of the overall cement output (М500ДО, М500Д20 types).
The company also made 128,200 tons of cement packed in sacks (25, 50, 1,000 kg), a 29.5% increase on the year.
Krichevtsementnoshifer also produced 58.1 million equivalent roofing slates (13.5% up). Cement accounted for 80.5% of the overall output of the company, and the stock of ready goods made 2.4% as of September 1 (against the limit of 20%).
The company exported 68,000 tonnes of cement and 2.6 million roofing slates this January-August, the source reported. 67% of the cement and 100% of the roofing slates was shipped to the Russian Federation. Other destinations of Krichevtsementoshifer exports are the Baltic States.
The company was set up in 1933. The staff counts 1,400 persons.
