Mogilev region registers over 500 drugs-related crimes

In 2016 Mogilev region has registered over 500 drugs-related crimes. The information is provided by Yury Grebenchikov, deputy head of the drugs and human trafficking combat of the regional internal affairs office.

200 facts of drug marketing were registered. Two drugs supply channels were eliminated. 7 crimes related to bringing psychotropic substances to Belarus were detected. Two psychotropic substances production laboratories were liquidated. Two premises specially equipped for growing cannabis were traced down.
