Mogilev district to limit sale of strong drinks

Mogilev district will limit sale of strong drinks. The information is provided by Artyom Mishenin, a chief of law, order and prevention office of Mogilev internal affairs department.

According to him, over last 3 years the region registered 24 crimes committed under alcohol intoxication. The list of offences includes domestic crimes and theft. 400 people got under administrative responsibility for being drunk in public places or drunken family brawls. Over 40 drunken residents beat their relatives.

In connection with these facts, April, 1 – May, 31 2014 Mogilev district introduces limits to sale strong drinks: vodka and cheap wines.

Artyom Mishenin says that Mogilev district restrains alcohol drinks sale from 13.00 to 14.00, and from 19.00 to 9.00.
