Mogilev Ice-Cream Factory OJSC has launched two new kinds of ice-cream, a company representative told Interfax.
Iris Kis-Kis is a toffee-filled caramel-glazed lolly, while Feyeriya is vanilla ice-cream with cherries, dried apricots, raisins, nuts, pears and orange peel, the source specified.
In H1 2008 the company produced 828 tonnes of ice-cream, 127 tonnes of mayonnaise, 34 tonnes of chocolate-glazed curd bars.
Over the period in question the company sold BYR 6.87 billion worth of goods, or 38.1% up on the year. The return on sales grew 23.5 percentage points to reach 27.6%, while the net profit expanded by 17.9% (BYR 231 million).
Mogilev Ice-Cream Factory was founded in 1991 on the basis of the ice-cream shop of Mogilev Dairy Plant. The company makes ice-cream, chocolate-glazed curd bars and mayonnaise.
The entire product range is certified with STB ISO 9001-2001.
