Mogilev Puppet Theatre to surprise audience with modern technical facilities at première of fairy tale

At the première of “Magic brush” fairy tale Mogilev Puppet Theatre is going to surprise the audience with modern technical facilities, the theatre director Vladimir Andreenko told. Igor Kazakov, the author of the project and the theatre’s stage director, will use flash-animation, sound and light special effects, large colourful puppets, and what not. The play’s visual and plastic graphic and design has been worked out by an art director of the Belarusian State Puppets Theatre Tatsiana Nersesyan.

A principal character of the play, a small girl, gets to the black and white country, where all other colours have been captured by an evil Blot. Using a magic brush, the girl sets the colours free, and draws her imaginary world in which there are plenty of bright colours, warmth, and sun. “The play aims both at children and grown-ups, it will be interesting and useful for a wide audience”, Vladimir Andreenko assures.

Three times a day from December 20 (première) till January 8 the play will be on at the stage of Mogilev Puppet Theatre. Tickets for a première are on sale starting from August, and enjoy high demand.
