Mogilev region boosted production of meat and butter

Over eight months 2011 Mogilev region’s enterprises produced 40,223 tons of meat. It is 16.4% more comparing with the same period 2010. The region produced 25,218 tons of sausages (plus 6.2% comparing with 2010) and 3,970 tons of meat convenience food (plus 32.1% comparing with 2010).

Poultry made the highest production percentage (44.3%); then go sausage (31.3%) and sausages (27.7%). Butter production increased by 3.7%, cheeses – 6.6%.
