An international painting plein air dedicated to the 135th anniversary of Belarusian artist V.K. Byalynitski-Birulya will take place in Mogilev Region from September 4 to October 4, Interfax learnt from head of the regional culture department Anatoli Sinkovets. The plein air will focus on the image of Motherland in art, he specified.
Artists from 11 countries including Austria, Armenia, Bulgaria, Israel and Latvia are expected to take part in the venue. The plein air will be funded by Mogilev Region Administration and the Russian Union of Artists, the source reported.
