By February, 7 Mogilev region nominated 3,961 candidates to the local councils of delegates of the 27th convocation. The information is provided by Alexei Lavrenenok, a secretary of Mogilev regional election committee.
Most candidates are nominated to the village Councils of delegates – 2.723. Women make 52.3% of the nominated candidates, the delegates of the working convocation – 32.7%, citizens of under 30 years old – 6.7%, citizens of the Russian Federation – 0.3%.
2.544 candidates were nominated by collection of signatures, 1.408 – by labour collectives, 57 – by political parties. The Communist party has the largest representation – 38 candidates. The Republican Party of Labour and Justice goes second with 11 candidates.
Most candidates represent the spheres of education, culture, science and public health care – 29.7%, agriculture representatives make 25.3%, state officials – 9.3%. Candidates from other sphere make 15.7% to the total number of running candidates.
February, 10 finishes candidates’ nomination. Candidates’ registration takes place on February, 11-20.
