Over a year Mogilev region’s enterprises made a 23.3% increase in services provided to non-residents of Belarus. It exceeded $15 mln. The information is provided by the Central Statistics Office. Services provided by foreign partners to Mogilev region totaled $ 9.9 mln.
Export services include – transport services (72.2%), tourism services (10.4%) and construction services (8%). The number of the countries cooperating with Mogilev region increased from 51 to 55.
The countries of the Customs Union make a priority of foreign trade of the region (over 63%). Over six months of 2010 foreign trade turnover with these countries reached $900 mln. It is 1.5 times as much as in 2009. Exports to Russia include tyres, lifts, synthetic fibers, meat and dairy goods, plastics, fabrics, textile clothes. Exports to Kazakhstan include tyres, condensed and dry milk, lifts and plastic packing.
