Researches by the scientists of Belarusian-Russian University(Mogilev) got a golden medal, a bronze medal and a special diploma at the IX International Salon of Innovations and Investments in Moscow. The information is provided by the pro-rector for science of the higher educational establishment Mikhail Lustenkov.
A golden medal was given to the project "Composite bearing element of building construction", a bronze medal - to the project "Ultrafine gradient endoscope". A special diploma was given to the project "Two-speed absolute transformer of angular attitude with optimal geometry of raster coupling".
Composite bearing element of building construction was designed by the scientist of Belarusian-Russian University and Moscow State University of Communication Service and is based on the researches that were carried out in 1996-1997.
According to Mikhail Lustenkov, a composite bearing element of building construction is a composite structure that combines metal and concrete. The constructions provide high quality cohesion of metal flooring with concrete. It decreases labor-intensiveness and intensity of use. The material can be used as a bearing element in different engineering constructions including those that provide ecological and anti-terrorism security.
