An official delegation of Mogilev has signed a memorandum to promote twin-city relations with Russia’s Tula, the local administration of the Belarusian city told Interfax-West.
Within the framework of the festival the parties held a business contact exchange, with Mogilevliftmash, Vesnyanka, Lenta, Mogilevgrazhdanprojekt, Central General Store, Sandra and Mogilev City Business Promotion Centre taking part.

According to the official report, the value of commodities over the nine-month period reached the point of $5.4 million, 11.8% up on the year.
Mogilev has so far been enjoying a positive trade balance with Tula, with $3.1 million worth of commodities exported and $2.3 million imported (9.3% and 15.3% up, respectively).
