Mogilevkhleboprodukt OJSC reduced the consumption of heat energy by 30% on the year, a company representative told Interfax.
The company uses grain procession waste as a heating fuel, the source explained.
Mogilevkhleboprodukt OJSC produces wheat and rye flour, 30 kinds of cereals, pasta, fodder and food supplements.
Most of the output is sold on the domestic market, with minor consignments of rye flour shipped to the CIS states.
In January-October 2007 the company produced BYR 41.8 billion worth of goods, or 7.8% up on the year. The output of consumer goods rose by 3.1% to reach BYR 7.8 billion.
Mogilevkhleboprodukt was founded in 1951. It was incorporated in 2002. The company has seven affiliates.
