More than 60 representatives of Mogilev region will receive just rewards during the Republican harvest festival Dazhynki-2013 in Zhlobin. The information was provided by the agriculture and food supplies committee of Mogilev region executive committee.
This year Mogilev region has happened to be the absolute leader among all districts of the region. Naturally, it will be pay honours during the festival. The region's leaders are JSC Agrocombinat Voskhod of Mogilev district (just like it was in Gorki last year), SPK Gigant of Bobruisk district, and CJSC Agrocombinat Zarya of Mogilev district. Неудивительно, что названные хозяйства оказались и самыми богатыми на комбайнеров "тысячников". In general, 285 combine crews threshed more than 1000 tons of grain.
It stands for 4-5-fold increase comparing with the leaders of the first Dazhynki festivals. This year we boast of the absolute record holder - the family combine crew of Mikhail and Serthreshedgei Baidakovs from JSC Alexandriiskoe of Shklov district. Father and son Baidakovs threshed 5.9 thousand tons of crops and legumes working on the combine machine “Leksion-580”. It also happened to be the best result in the Republic, the source specified. The crew of Vladimir and Dmitry Melnikovs from CJSC Agrocombinat Zarya from Mogilev district threshed 5.7 thousand tons. The crew of Alexander and Yuri Ageenko from Gorki district was the best youth crew.
"We are proud of our grain growers, machine operators, drivers, workers of grain dryers who have reached high results." Despite of unfavourable weather conditions the region harvested more than 1.1 mln of grain; average grain capacity made 36.5centners per hectare. The region has completely hit the target of grain supply to the state. The region is the third after Minsk and Grodno regions according to the output of grain, and the second (after Grodno region) - according to the average grain capacity.
The delegation headed by Mogilev region executive committee's chairman Petr Rudnik will set off to Dazhynki on September 27. It consists of 120 people representing practically all region's districts.
