More than Br28.4 milliards of benefits for region's veterans of Great Patriotic War

More than 6.3 thousand of the region's veterans of the Great Patriotic War will be paid lump sum benefits timed to the 70th anniversary of Belarus liberation from the Nazi invaders. It will make more than Br28.4 milliards, the head of Mogilev region executive committee's department of pensions and benefits Vera Shlapakova told.

Veterans will receive benefits together with their retirement pensions. According to the Edict №54 "On granting lump sum benefits" the financial aids will be differentiated.

Benefits for the Great Patriotic War's veterans will be paid starting from June 2. Those who will be absent during the respective period will have received the aid at the latest July 10.
