Bobruisk-based oil crops procession plant will double its capacity as a result of a comprehensive upgrading program, Director Vladimir Ischenko.
While currently the plant processes 11,000 tonnes of rapes a year, after the reconstruction it will annually process as much as 20,000 tonnes of rapes.
The estimated cost of the project is $20 million. The implementation term is 2 years, while the payback term is 4 years.
In January-August 2008 the plant made 4,300n tonnes of rape oil. In monetary terms, it produced BYR 7 billion worth of goods. The return on sales totaled 19%.
