A plaque to immortalize the memory of the famous Bykhov district’s native Boris Streltsov

A memorial plaque will immortalize the memory of the famous Bykhov district’s native, professor Boris Vasilyevich Streltsov. The plaque will appear on the walls of the Bykhov district culture centre. Boris Streltsov is considered to be the founder of theory of modern Belarusian journalism, outstanding master of Belarusian essay. Besides, the Bykhov district central library will be named after Boris Streltsov.

The events will be celebrated on August, 31. This day Bykhov will celebrate the Day of Belarusian written language.
