In 2010 revenues of Mogilev region consolidated budget are to increase by 20.3% to make up BYR 2.8 trillion, the head of the financial department of Mogilev regional executive committee
Vladimir Podrebinkin told today at the XVIIth session of Mogilev Regional Council of Deputies.
The consolidated budget aims at sustaing the level of social services reached, support-ing the real sector of economy, and fulfilling the programme of housing construction. Salaries and other payments in the budget sphere are to increases accordingly to the level of inflation prognosed.
Expenditures for everyday activities of local bodies of government and budget organizations are supposed to remain at the level of this year. By 40% comparing to the year 2009 are reduced expenditures for repairing buildings and equipment, purchasing consumables (but not medicines), etc.
Vladimir Podrebinkin stressed that Mogilev region budget remains to be socially oriented. Thus, 57.1% of expenditures makes up social sphere, i.e. 8.1% growth.
