Chairman of the supervisory board of Syabar Brewery CJSC JV Sergey Levin is going to resign by the end of the year.
Levin told a press conference in Minsk, he is planning to launch some other projects in Belarus next autumn.
Levinn added, that the company may be sold to a foreign investor in the foreseeable future. In his words, the relevant negotiations are already underway.
The source stressed, that the company is rapidly developing. Its share on the Belarusian beer market is expected to grow from 15% to 30% by the end of 2008, and the annual capacity will expand from 1.7 million hectoliters in 2008 to 2 million in 2009.
In 2008 Syabar's investments in business development are expected to make $20 million, Levin added.
