First category engineer-agrometeorologist of Gorki agrometeorological station Tamara Shulya-kova won the first competition for the best agrometeorologist of monitoring system of the De-partment of hydrometeorology of the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Republic of Belarus and the Federal system of hydrometeorology and monitoring of the environment of Russia – Oleg Maksyuta, the director of Mogilev regional centre of hydrometeorology and monitoring of the environment named after O.Y. Shmidt, specified.
It wasn’t on occasion for our colleague to win the competition for during 13 years of work at Gorki AS (considered to be the best agrometeorological station in Belarus) she has been in charge of managing the adaptation of QМТ-103 “Vaysala” transducer designed to measure the temperature of soil at 3 cm deposit(ion) depth of bushing out.
Aiming at popularization of agrometeorology she constantly guides excursions, co-operates ac-tively with district and city newspaper editorials, appears on radio and television – the director of Mogilev regional centre of hydrometeorology added.
The Union State of Russia and Belarus Committee of hydrometeorology and monitoring of the environmental pollution awarded Tamara Shulyakova with the diploma. She received gratitude from both the State Secretary of the Union State Pavel Borodin and the director of the Republican hydrometeorological centre Anatolyi Polischyck; Tamara was also given valuable presents from Belhydrometeorology and Rushydrometeorology.
