On 15 December “Creative Belarus” photo exhibition was opened at the regional arts museum named after P. Maslennikov. “The exhibition reflects the life of the whole country, our contemporaries and creative projects having been implemented by them”, - V. Malashko told at the opening ceremony.
“It is a kind of folio compiled by BelTA’s correspondents, that depicts the brightest events of the recent 15 years. Without bothering us with too much statistics and words it tells about achievements and progress that Belarus has made in different sphere of life. When looking at the photos we feel proud for the country and the people that have done so much”, - V. Malashko stressed.
Students of journalist faculty of Mogilev State University were the first visitors of the exhibition. The head of culture department Anatoly Sinkovets, the museum’s director Alexander Khokhryakov, deputy editor-in-chief of photo information editorial of BelTA Vladimir Ivanitski (one of the authors of the edition) also took part in the opening ceremony.
Each Belarusian region except Mogilev is represented by 30 the most remarkable objects. Our region is represented by 47 sights, including “Strommashina” plant.
Vladimir Ivanitski gave “Creative Belarus” photo albums as presents to Mogilev regional library named after V.I. Lenin, Mogilev regional arts museum named after P. Maslennikov, as well as representatives of Orthodox clergy and large industrial enterprises of Mogilev.
