Woodworking enterprises must increase the export of goods S. Sidorsky

Woodworking companies must increase the export of the goods they produce. The Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus, Sergei Sidorsky, told about it to the journalists during his visit to Fandok OJSC. The enterprise held the meeting on woodworking industry development.

Under the world financial crisis woodworking industries of other countries, including Baltic ones, are suffering fiasco, - the Prime Minister told. The goods produced by Belarusian woodworking companies are in great demand in the EU countries. Fandok is an example of successful cooperation with huge world companies. Fandok’s goods are sold all over the world. The range of goods is rather wide – from furniture for children to bedroom suites of economy class. Fandok cooperates with Swedish company IKEA which sells Belarusian company’s products all over the world. In fandok’s export plywood makes 70%, furniture – 26%. Its goods are exported to Russia, Moldova, Italy, Germany, Austria, France, Sweden and other countries.
