Victor Vladimirovich Nekrashevich was born in 1969 in Zhodino. In 1992 he graduated from the Belarusian Agriculture Academy where he majored in economy and agriculture arrangement. In 1996 he graduated from the Belarusian State Economy University where his specialty was economy and state administration of the national economy. Victor Nekrashevich worked as a head of the Central Regional Office of the Finance Ministry. Since 2009 Victor Nekrashevich has been the deputy chairman of Mogilev regional executive committee.
Victor Nekrashevich manages the questions of economy, pricing, property relations, statistics, analysis, valuable papers, entrepreneurial activity and investment policy, labor, trade, public services, insurance activity, customs proceedings, international economic relations, inter-regional relations.

Victor Vladimirovich Nekrashevich is in charge of the questions of economy, pricing, property relations, statistics, analysis, valuable papers, entrepreneurial activity and investment policy, labor, salary, employment, trade, public services, insurance activity, customs proceedings, state symbols, precious metals.
He also holds supervision over execution of state and regional programs (plans) including complex modernization of enterprises; directs activity of the subordinate regional divisions and departments of the regional executive committee;
Victor Vladimirovich controls property relations including management, disposal, privatization, assessment and state property records.
He administrates international activity and inter-regional relations including those within the Commonwealth of Independent States, the Eurasian Economic Community, cooperation with the Russian Federation, Mogilev region’s development of trade and economic cooperation with Moscow City and other regions of the Russian Federation.
Victor Vladimirovich carries out general management and control over the investment activity of Mogilev region.
