Mogilev Region exported $12.7 million worth of services in January-May 2008, or 55.8% up on the year, Interfax-West learnt from the Foreign Trade Department of the regional administration.
The import of services grew 36.5% on the year to reach $5 million, the source added.
This year's service export growth target is 45%, while the import of services is expected to rise by 40%.
The region ended the period with a surplus of $7.7 million (the yearly target being $20 million).
