Mogilev Region exported $30.6 million worth of services in January-October 2008, or 60.2% up on the year, Interfax-West learnt from the Foreign Trade Department of the regional administration.
The import of services grew 26.5% on the year to reach $11.8 million, the source added.
This year's service export growth target is 45%, while the import of services is expected to rise by 40%.
The volume of foreign trade in services totaled $42.4 million.
The region ended the period with a surplus of $18.8 million in foreign trade in services (the yearly target being $20 million).
