Retail trade turnover in Mogilev Region totalled BYR 1,860 billion in January-May 2008, which is 20.9% up on the year, Interfax learnt from the department of trade, public catering and consumer services of Mogilev Region Administration.

The value of foodstuffs sold in January-May made BYR 763.6 billion (16.3% up), non-foods - BYR 454.1 billion (33.7% up).
Public catering companies sold BYR 76.8 billion worth of goods in January-May 2008 (9% up).
