On July, 28-29 Mstislavl hosted the festival of daring and courage. 300 knights from 46 clubs of Belarus, the Ukraine, Russia, and Estonia came to the ancient town to partake in “Knights' Fest-2012” and show their fighting art, tell about glorious deeds and acts of chivalry of the Middle Ages. Visitors of the festival had a chance of trying 35-kg’s medieval armours on if they managed to, partake in archers’ tournament, had lessons of medieval dances during master classes, or adore the tunes that were popular at medieval balls. But knights’ fights enjoyed the highest popularity: “face-to-face battles”, “bridge siege”, “last-ditch battle”.
