Mogilev hosts second round of Union State Spartakiad

September 12, the second round of the Union State Spartakiad for children and the youth started in Mogilev. 224 athletes aged 12-14 partake in the event. Belarus will be represented by teams from all the ix regions. Russia will be represented by teams from the cities of Moscow and Saint Petersburg, as well as from Penza, Tambov, Krasnodar, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Moscow region and the Republic of Bashkortostan. Young sportsmen will compete in three kinds of sports: volleyball, table tennis and track and field. Competitions will be held at the Sports Palace and “Olimpiets” Sports Complex – the best sport arenas in Mogilev.
