12, 124 kids were born in Mogilev region in 2011. It is 249 kids more than in 2010. Only in six districts of Mogilev region (Dribin, Bykhov, Krasnopoliye, Krugloye, Mstaslavl, Osipovichi districts) the number of newborns decreased.
Demography security programme of Mogilev region for the period of 2011-2015 was approved at the IXth session of the regional Deputy Council.
